We used DBK to replace our old, ugly tub with a beautiful new shower. We also had them redo the tile on the floor. We were very happy with the process from the design work done by the talented Sara to the finishing/tidyiing details done by Charles. Simon did a fantastic job of keeping us up to date on what was happening next. Kudos to O’Reilly (Asbestos abatement), Dan, Manny, Michael and especially Charles. A great group of hardworkers. This has been one of the best run projects that I have ever been a part of. We highly recommend using them!

We had a great experience with Distinctive for the upgrade of our bathroom. From the design process, choosing of materials, through to the handling of the project itself, all was handled wonderfully. The contractors were terrific in their communication – letting us know when and what they were doing each step of the project. I had one full bathroom renovation and a partial renovation done by Distinctive Bathrooms & Kitchens, working with Kelly as the designer. I was very pleased with the experience. The design was efficient and, mostly importantly, the workers arrived as scheduled and there was communication throughout about who would be doing what when. Very refreshing compared to other contractors! We also have beautiful results.

With the professional help of Kelly Ouellette had our small corner shower removed and replaced with a beautiful 36″ x 60″ shower. Kelly helped us with choices of tiles etc. Service was polite and courteous with work being done in precisely time and schedule. Workers were always on time. Very happy with experience.
