One of the best renovation experiences I’ve had! The entire crew was incredibly friendly and professional. Tanya was exceptional in helping us design our dream bathroom to our exact liking. Although bathroom renovations aren’t something we undertake every day or even every year, I’m confident that I’ll return for any future renovation projects. Highly recommended!

We used DBK to replace our old, ugly tub with a beautiful new shower. We also had them redo the tile on the floor. We were very happy with the process from the design work done by the talented Sara to the finishing/tidyiing details done by Charles. Simon did a fantastic job of keeping us up to date on what was happening next. Kudos to O’Reilly (Asbestos abatement), Dan, Manny, Michael and especially Charles. A great group of hardworkers. This has been one of the best run projects that I have ever been a part of. We highly recommend using them!

I’ve heard horror stories about kitchen projects lasting so much longer than what was originally anticipated and to my surprise, even after encountering major structural issues, the time frame was met. I was so thankful to have chosen a large company that has all the staff needed to address any issue.

From the design meetings (Amazing designer: Kelly Ouellette) to the finished product (Thank you Joel and team), the experience with Distinctive was fantastic! It’s simply a well managed company (Dominic Manzo is extremely well organized and very pleasant to deal with) that hires true professionals to complete every step of your project. We will be starting our second project with them in the spring! I could not recommend them more!

As soon as we met our designer Kelly, we knew we wanted to work with her. She was amazing, knowledgeable, patient and fun to work with. Came up with a design we hadn’t considered and went with hers. Thrilled we did. Loved the weekly schedules so we knew what was coming. Everyone involved always answered our questions patiently. Every person in the crew we met was lovely. Shoutout to Kim and Dawson who were great leads and seemed to perform magic. Have recommended to friends.

We had our Kitchen fully renovated this summer. Kelly and her team were professional, organized and easy to work with. Kelly came up with a design that we had not even thought of. We are so happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend her to anyone! The contractors were phenomenal, they treated our home like it was theirs. Very respectful. The weekly & daily schedules that we received were very helpful. They definitely know what they are doing. If we had to renovate our kitchen again, which we won’t LOL, we would not hesitate to reach out to them. Fantastic job. Thank you Kelly, thank you to the contractors.

Huguette and I had our kitchen and three bathrooms completely renovated. Sara Akra was our designer for all the projects and we were very pleased with the design and results. Thanks also to the excellent team of coordinators, schedulers and workers who were in our home for 7 weeks until completion. We knew everyone by name and are very pleased with the high standards and excellent workmanship the workers displayed at all times.

I had one full bathroom renovation and a partial renovation done by Distinctive Bathrooms & Kitchens, working with Kelly as the designer. I was very pleased with the experience. The design was efficient and, mostly importantly, the workers arrived as scheduled and there was communication throughout about who would be doing what when. Very refreshing compared to other contractors! We also have beautiful results.
