Recently had a tub to shower conversion and we were very happy with the entire process and the completed work. We initially dealt with Kelly who we found to be very knowledgeable and helpful and who did an excellent job of helping us to choose and get started with the project. There was regular communication regarding job scheduling and everything happened when it was supposed to, and the way we wanted. The workers did a great job and communicated exactly what they were going to do each day. Without question we would use them again. Based on our experience I would highly recommend this company.

With the professional help of Kelly Ouellette had our small corner shower removed and replaced with a beautiful 36″ x 60″ shower. Kelly helped us with choices of tiles etc. Service was polite and courteous with work being done in precisely time and schedule. Workers were always on time. Very happy with experience.

I’ve heard horror stories about kitchen projects lasting so much longer than what was originally anticipated and to my surprise, even after encountering major structural issues, the time frame was met. I was so thankful to have chosen a large company that has all the staff needed to address any issue.

From the design meetings (Amazing designer: Kelly Ouellette) to the finished product (Thank you Joel and team), the experience with Distinctive was fantastic! It’s simply a well managed company (Dominic Manzo is extremely well organized and very pleasant to deal with) that hires true professionals to complete every step of your project. We will be starting our second project with them in the spring! I could not recommend them more!

We contracted with Distinctive Bathrooms and Kitchens to do a ensuite bathroom reno. The work was completed between mid March and mid April 2023. We were very happy with all aspects of the project, from the pre work planning sessions with our very talented designer Emily Meechan to all aspects of the workmanship and communication. Sheilagh’s project management communication was exceptional, as was Dan’s exquisite shower tile work and Ray and Joel’s general contacting skills that attended to our every request. What a team they were. Our sincere thanks. We would not hesitate to use Distinctive again for our home reno needs.

We had our Kitchen fully renovated this summer. Kelly and her team were professional, organized and easy to work with. Kelly came up with a design that we had not even thought of. We are so happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend her to anyone! The contractors were phenomenal, they treated our home like it was theirs. Very respectful. The weekly & daily schedules that we received were very helpful. They definitely know what they are doing. We had our bathroom completely renovated in January with Distinctive. Our consultant was Kelly, a very friendly, knowledgeable young woman. Kelly listened to our ideas and needs and provided excellent advice to help us come up with a design. She met with us several times providing worksheets on products and reminding us if we were going over budget. We were extremely satisfied with the workmanship and timeline, resulting in a beautiful bathroom. We would highly recommend Distinctive and Kelly as your consultant.

We had a great experience with Distinctive for the upgrade of our bathroom. From the design process, choosing of materials, through to the handling of the project itself, all was handled wonderfully. The contractors were terrific in their communication – letting us know when and what they were doing each step of the project. We are very happy with the result of our upgrade and would go back to Distinctive for future projects.

As soon as we met our designer Kelly, we knew we wanted to work with her. She was amazing, knowledgeable, patient and fun to work with. Came up with a design we hadn’t considered and went with hers. Thrilled we did. Loved the weekly schedules so we knew what was coming. Everyone involved always answered our questions patiently. Every person in the crew we met was lovely.
